Teladorsagia circumcincta SNPs were called by mapping both inbred and field(normal) populations of worms against a transcriptome assembly created by merging the two datasets and assembling them using the Newbler assembler. The table below lists all contigs of this assembly, ordered by total number of SNPs. But the number of SNPs displayed are split into those detected in the inbred population and those detected in the field(normal) population. Note that because of how we created the reference assembly, each consensus allele may have been chosen from either the inbred, or field base at that position. Thus what may appear as a SNP when viewing the inbred population may not appear as a SNP for the field(normal) population. It is important to consider SNPs from both populations when viewing a specific position in the assembly.
