  • Write contamination screening pipeline based on the new screening plan
  • Automate the reference family building scripts for Zhengyuan's work
  • Nematode.net update paper
  • Update NemFam gbrowse pages for the OSfix of the NOT-NS division of NemFam
  • Re-construct Nematode.net DMX repository on the new laptop
  • Add NemFam link to Nematode.net
  • Automate the standard analysis pipeline as much as possible
  • Build SVN repository for HGMI website
  • Add new content to the Nematode.net Data FTP page
  • Add stat tracker for HGM site
  • Look into FrameD software
  • Look into MAKER software
